Description: This is a player-issued jersey, to a Blues and late Connacht stalwart, Tom McCartney.

Tom McCartney played as a hooker, but he also played as prop. McCartney retired from rugby finishing with Irish provincial team Connacht in the Pro14, where he won a PRO12 Championship and played over 100 games. McCartney’s nickname, ‘Freak,’ comes from his strength in the gym.

One of the better designs from the late 2000s, this included a lot of technical panels in the design from Adidas. Great looking training kit, keeping the dominant colours of all of the teams.
